## General Rules
* Rules listed here apply to both Discord server and in-game communication
* Breaking any rule listed here may result in a punishment according to the severity of the case
* Ignorance of the rules is not exempt from responsibility
* The Administration is not responsible for any losses due to account sharing
* **Spirit of the Game**: These rules are not a rigid tariff. The Administration reserves the right to interpret player actions based on the good of the server. Actions that are clearly harmful, disruptive to other players' gameplay, or exploit loopholes in the rules/mechanics will be reviewed individually and punished at the Administration's discretion.
### 1. Inappropriate Behavior
* Administration Insulting
* Server insulting
* Manifesting unwillingness to continue playing
* Insulting other players
* The only exception is special *Garbage* channel to which players may gain access using :skull: emoji on this message. Please note that the **Discord Community Guidelines** still apply
* Exposing real world personal data
* Using channels inappropriately (spam, trade offers on global chats)
* Pretending to be from administration
* Getting yourself killed on purpose
* Bug abusing without notifying administration
* Using character solely for the purpose of monitoring terrain (scouting)
* The Administration has the right to push or teleport a suspicious character. If the player persistently returns to the same location without a clear gameplay purpose *(leveling, quests, trading)*, the character will be considered a "scout".
* Any other immoral action that is not listed above
### 2. Character Naming
* Having an offensive name
* Having name made out of random letters. e.g. '**Ilililililil**'
* Having two too similar names. e.g. '**Naruto**' and '**Narutoo**'
* The only exception is with guild suffixes, e.g. '**Naruto Akatsuki**' and '**Sasuke Akatsuki**' is legal, but '**Akatsuki Naruto**' and '**Akatsuki Sasuke**' is not
* Having misleading name. e.g. '**Do Gory**', '**Odznczcie**'
* Having name that is really hard to pronounce, e.g. '**Bulzidokelz**'
### 3. Unofficial Software
* Using any kind of unofficial software to play
* Playing on modified client version
### 4. Advertisement
* Advertising of other games or servers
* Selling account/character/items/points for account/character/items/points on other server
* Selling account/character/items/points for any not-ingame currency
## Punishment System
For breaking the above rules, the Administration imposes punishments depending on the severity of the offense and the player's history. We do not use a rigid tariff, each case is evaluated individually.
* **Namelock**: Applied for any **2.** offense, if a player is a notorious namelock gainer Deletion will be imposed
* **Mute**: Communication block on in-game chat and/or Discord
* **Jail**: The primary form of punishment for more serious offenses. In jail, the character loses the ability to play freely, retaining only the option to train
* **Deletion**: The ultimate punishment involving the permanent removal of a character or account. Applied in exceptional situations and when applicable, **main** character/account linked to the offender is being deleted
